WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Framed prints are available for shipping to US, Canada and Australia only, at this stage.
US + Canda + Australia:
Flat rate of $15 for all items in order.
Unframed prints to your door in 5 business days. Framed prints to your door in 14 business days.
Rest of the world:
Flat rate of $25.
Unframed prints to your door in 10 - 14 business days.
Artworks are dispatched from the United States and Australia.
Unframed work is carefully packed in paper or plastic sheeting and placed in a stiff cardboard mailer for safe delivery.
Framed artwork (Australia, Canada and US only) is professionally packaged by the framer.
DUTIES + TAXES
All goods are VAT and GST tax inclusive.
All duties and import taxes charged are the responsibility of the customer. PHOLIO does not refund nor cover any duties or taxes incurred on your order.
RETURNS
All prints are checked before shipment and packaged with care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left. Returns are accepted provided the print and/or frame are returned with no damage including but not limited to finger marks, damaged edges and creases to paper. Return postage is at the cost of the customer. Please send an email with your order number to receive return shipping details.
We of course want to ensure you are happy with the quality of your print and frame. Should we have missed something in our pre-shipment checks, please contact hi@port-pholio.com within 3 days of delivery and we would be happy to assist.
